Robert Weiss, President of Weiss Properties, has built, owned and managed residential and commercial properties for the last 35 years. His portfolio consists of multimillion-dollar custom homes, large single-family subdivisions and townhome developments, rental apartment projects, affordable housing, retail strip plazas, and office buildings. As an avid golfer, Weiss understands how to cultivate the ultimate luxury golf experience, while also utilizing his business knowledge to enhance the longevity of a golf club. Weiss has the ability to transform a piece of land into a destination, by understanding the intricacies of zoning, engineering, architecture and complex environmental issues.
Weiss’ developments achieve the pinnacle of design while also addressing contemporary planning issues. He has appeared numerous times before planning and zoning boards, successfully guiding projects through from concept to completion. Weiss’ focus on positively impacting the character of the community has won him numerous development awards in various towns. Efrem Gerszberg is the Principal and President of 2020 Acquisitions, a real estate development and holding company. For over 15 years Mr. Gerszberg has developed residential and commercial projects. 2020 Acquisitions has developed residential town home projects, single family homes and commercial projects including an assisted living facility, gas station and media studio. 2020 Acquisitions is currently developing almost one million square feet of industrial warehouses. 2020 Acquisitions owns and recently completed the studio headquarters for Bunim Murray (producers of Kardashians, Project Runway, Real World and Ball in the Family). The project, located in Glendale California recently won best project in San Fernando Valley by the San Fernando Business Journal and was a finalist for Best Project in LA County by the LA Business Journal.
His operating experience includes lead director of Web.com, a leading public company specializing in web services. Additionally Mr. Gerszberg was the President and Director of George Foreman Enterprises.
Mr. Gerszberg has a JD from Rutgers University with a focus on tax law.
